Opkikker!

Hallo!

Ik ben vandaag de hele middag bezig geweest met mijn kelder te witten... Hehe, wat een werk!
Ga blij zijn als het af is! Mijn huisje begint nu wel goed op te schieten; Heerlijk om te zien!

Het kaartje dat ik aan jullie wil tonen is een kaartje met een opkikker. Ik moet eerlijk toegeven dat ik nog nooit zo'n kaartje heb gemaakt. Ja, het schaamrood staat me nu op de wangen ;-) Ik heb ze laatst voor de eerste keer gekocht. De stempel had ik namelijk al, en ik vond dat daar ook wel eens een passend kaartje bij gemaakt mocht worden! 

Het papier is allemaal van Marianne Design. De stempel is van Joy Crafts, lint had ik al, net als de knoopjes en pareltjes. 

Ik hoop dat jullie hem mooi vinden! De rest van de avond ga ik nog lekker wat tv kijken, heb ik wel verdiend na mijn verf-activiteiten ;-)

Today I spent the whole afternoon working to whiten my basement ... Hehe, what a job!

So glad when it'll be finished! My house's starting to get along now; Lovely to see!

The card that I want to show you is a card with a boost /opkikker (frog). I must admit that I have never made one before​​. Yes, i'm having a  blush on the cheeks;-) I've recently purchased them for the first time. I already had the stamp in my collection, and i wanted to make a suitable card with it.

The papers are from Marianne Design. The stamp is from Joy Crafts, ribbon from my stash, buttons and pearls too.

I hope you like it! The rest of the evening I'll be watching some TV, I think i deserve it after my paint activities;-)

DCL # 184: Up in the air!

Hallo!

Ik wou nog even snel een kaartje plaatsen waarmee ik wil meedoen aan de challenge bij de DCL.

Hebben jullie ook soms meteen een idee en pas de tijd om het op het laatste moment uit te voeren, wel dat was weer eens het geval ;-) Ik wist al van het moment dat ik de challenge zag wat ik ermee wou doen, maar door een vrije dag, communiefeest en schoolwerk, heb ik hem pas nu gemaakt.

Het is een voor mij erg eenvoudig kaartje geworden. ik heb enkel wat blauw, wit en kraft-papier gebruikt. De luchtballon is van bij de boekenvoordeel. Witte wolkjes van Joy Creative. Het stippenwolkje had zijn eigen die en en bijpassend sentiment en  is van The Greeting Farm. Ik heb nog een wit randje getekend en een paar druppeltjes parelpen gezet. Dat was het weer!

I wanted  to quickly place a card to join the challenge at the DCL. 
Do you also sometimes have immediately an idea and only time to make it at the very last moment?  That was the case, again ;-) I knew from the moment I saw the challenge I wanted to make this card, but thanx to  a free day, communion and schoolwork, I could only make it 5 minutes ago.

It has become a very simple card. I just used some blue, white and kraft paper. The balloon is a stamp from 'boekenvoordeel'. White clouds of Joy Creative. The dotty cloud had its owndie and matching sentiment and comes from The Greeting Farm. I have used a white pen for the border and put a few drops of pearlmaker on it. That's it!

Liftchallenge # 40

Hoi allemaal,

Met dit kaartje wil ik graag meedoen aan de nieuwe challenge van het Liftchallengeblog. 
Je moet daar deze kaart liften: 

Ik vond vooral het oranje stukje moeilijk om 'na te maken' want ik heb helemaal zo geen stans of vormpje. Dus heb ik gewoon een cirkeltje gestanst en eronder geplakt.  De kleuren heb ik ook voor een deel overgenomen, net als het touwtje. Mijn stempel heeft geen randje, dat was een beetje te druk. Ik heb er ook een knoop op geplakt, maar daarbovenop heb ik nog een roosje gedaan, dat vond ik wel mooi.

Ik ben benieuwd wat jullie er van vinden!

With this card i'd like to participate at the challenge over at the liftchallengeblog.  You had to case the card above.

I found the orange piece hard to 'imitate' because I haven't got quite a punch or a cutter like the one on the picture. So I just punched out a circle and pasted it below. The colors I have chosen are almost the same , just like the string. My stamp has no edge, which was a bit too busy. I also put a button on it, but on top of that I have glued a rose, I liked that.

I'd love to read wht you think of it!

DCL#183: sketch challenge

Hallo allemaal,



Vanavond wil ik nog graag dit kaartje aan jullie laten zien. Ik heb het gemaakt aan de hand van de schets van de DCL. Ik merk dat het werken met schetsen wel goed lukt (vind ik). Dan kan ik me meer concentreren op de kleuren en de materialen en komt de schikking vanzelf wel goed ;-)

Voor mijn kaartje heb ik het papier van Eline's Huis gebruikt en een stempeltje van Jouy Crafts. Nog wat knoopjes, een doily, bloempjes, pareltjes en bloemen pailletten (mijn nieuwe verslaving) en klaar!

Ik vind het altijd leuk om jullie commentaar te lezen!

Tonight I would like to show you this card  I made on the basis of the sketch of the DCL. Working with sketches is a great idea for me (I think). I can concentrate more on the colors and materials, the arrangement wil go easy ;-)

For my card I used the paper of Eline's House and a stamp of Joy Crafts. Some buttons, a doily, flowers, pearls and sequin flowers (my new addiction) and i'm,ready!

Een troostend woord

Hallo allemaal!

Ik hoop dat jullie er een leuk weekend op hebben zitten? Ik ben vooral veel bezig geweest met het stageverslag van mijn stagiaire. Ik vind het toch wel moeilijk om zo'n verslag te schrijven: je moet aan alles denken, niets vergeten en ook nog je woorden zorgvuldig afwegen. Niet eenvoudig!

Het kaartje dat ik jullie vandaag wil laten zien heb ik gemaakt in opdracht van mijn directeur. Ze wou dat ik een kaartje zou maken voor een lieve collega die momenteel een periode thuis is omdat ze een grote tegenslag te verwerken heeft. Ik moest een kaartje maken waarmee we haar een hart onder de riem zouden kunnen steken. En aangezien alle kaartjes in de winkel nogal zwaarmoedig zijn moest ik vooral een lief en opbeurend kaartje maken. Ik hoop dat ik daarin geslaagd ben? Ik weet niet of het voldoet aan de eisen va de directeur, want ze krijgt het pas morgen te zien ;-) En anders stuur ik gewoon zelf het kaartje op!

Hello everyone!

I hope you all had a nice weekend? I  have been much concerned with making the report of my intern. I think it's quite difficult to write such a report: you have to think of everything, You just can't forget a single thing and you have to choose your words carefully. Not easy!

The card that I want to show you today, was commissioned by my principal. She wanted me to make one for a dear colleague who is currently a period at home because she has to handle a major medical problem. I had to make a card that we could send to her, to cheer her up. And since all cards in the store are rather depressing for this occasion I had to make a sweet card.  I hope I have succeeded? I do not know if it fits the requirements from the principal, because she gets to see it tomorrow;-) And if It's not what she wants, i'll just send the card to her myself!

Carla en Alex Trouwen!

Hoi allemaal!

Vandaag trouwt Carla, een van mijn beste vriendinnen, met haar vriend Alex.
Carla en Alex zijn al samen van in de middelbare school en nu gaan ze (eindelijk ;-)) trouwen. Ik heb speciaal voor hen dit kaartje gemaakt. Nu gaan jullie zeggen: blauw? Wat is dat nu voor een kleur voor een huwelijkskaart? Wel, Ik weet dat Carla haar kleedje blauw is en dat het pak van Alex dat ook is, dus ik heb mij daar aan aangepast. En over enkele maanden zullen ze de trotse ouders worden van een zoontje, dus dan vind ik dat blauw zeker de gepaste kleur is! 

Op de kaart heb ik allemaal materialen van Marianne Design gebruikt: de die-cut, het stempeltje van het bruidspaar en het hartje, het papier. Van Joy Crafts heb ik de tekststempels en het Kraftpapier. Voor de rest gebruikte ik nog enkel pareltjes, paillettenbloempjes, lint, bedeltje en enkele knoopjes en roosjes.

Ik ben benieuwd naar wat jullie er van vinden. Waar ik nog nieuwsgieriger naar ben, is het weer. De trouw staat gepland voor 15u, dus ik hoop dat tegen dan de zon toch een beetje van zich laat horen, want dat verdienen ze ;-)

Hi everyone!

Today is the wedding day of  Carla, one of my best friends and her ​​boyfriend Alex.
Carla and Alex have been together from high school and now they're (finally ;-)) getting married. I made ​​this card for them. Now you're all saying blue? That's not a color for a wedding card? Well, I know that Carla will be wearing a  blue dress and that Alex' suit is also in blue, so I have chosen the same color. And within a few months they will be the proud parents of a son, so I think that's definitely the appropriate color!

On the card I have used a lot materials from Marianne Design: the die-cut, the stamp of the couple and the heart, the paper. From Joy Crafts I have used the sentiments and the Kraft paper. For the rest I used some gems, sequin flowers, ribbon, charm and some buttons and roses.

I'm curious what you think about it. What I'm even more curious about, is the weather. The wedding is scheduled for 15h, so I'm hoping that by then the sun is showing, because they deserve it;-)

Irene 1 Jaar!

Hallo!

Vandaag een korte post. Ik heb dit kaartje gemaakt voor het dochtertje van een collega dat gisteren  jaar is geworden. Mijn collega bestelt regelmatig kaartjes bij mij, daarom wou haar moeder haar deze keer eens verrassen met één van mijn kaartjes. 

Irene was vrijdag jarig, en ik hoop dat ze ondertussen het kaartje heeft gekregen, zodat ik hem hier kan laten zien, maar dat zal wel...

Voor dit kaartje heb ik eigenlijk allemaal materialen gebruikt van de serie Eline's Babies. Enkel de letterstempels, brads, knoop, roosje en de grote die op de achtergrond, zijn van andere merken of mijn voorraad.

Ik hoop dat jullie hem leuk vinden!

Today a short post. I made ​​this card for the daughter of a colleague. My colleague orders regularly cards from me, so her mother wanted to surprise her this time with one of my cards.

Irene's birthday was Friday, and I hope she's had the card already so I can show it here, but i think she has ...

For this card I've actually used all materials from the series 'Eline's Babies'. Only the letters stamps, brads, button, and the large rose on the background are from other brands or my stock.
